Suferiti de o boala care va determina sa tineti regim? Si totusi nu percepeti asta ca pe o corvoada deoarece cunoasteti nenumarate combinatii ale mancarurilor permise? Faceti si altora viata mai usoara prezentand aceste mancaruri dietetice si de regim.

De curand mi-a intrat pe mana aceasta carte.
Multa vreme am considerat ca mananc sanatos si echilibrat. Dupa ce am citit aceasta carte mi-am dat seama ce porcarii bag in mine si cat de usor este sa mananc intr-adevar sanatos.

De vreo doua luni incerc sa urmez sfaturile din aceasta carte ( evident ca nu pot 100% dar acel 50% pe care-l reusesc si-a pus amprenta pe felul in care ma simt).

Cartea este publicata de editura "Curtea Veche" ( intr-adevar, veti gasi anumite ingrediente mai greu de gasit in RO, dar puteti sari peste ele- majoritatea insa le gasiti la plafar)

Si zici ca se gaseste pe piata cartea? e tradusa si in romana? :)
Foarte interesanta! As vrea sa o am in biblioteca mea! :) Dar mai ales sa o citesc! :wink:

si eu am castigat la un concurs pe net o carte a ei are retete interesante cam scumpe pentru buzunarul nostru si cu ingrediente care nu prea se gasesc in romania :? :)
