 Dupa aceea am citit in Harry Potter cum mancau la una din mesele festive si m-am mirat. O sa dau cantitatile aproximative pe care le-am folosit eu.&lt;br /&gt;

200g faina&lt;br /&gt;
150g unt&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 linguri de pesmet fin&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 linguri de zahar&lt;br /&gt;
praf de copt &lt;br /&gt;
zahar vanilat&lt;br /&gt;
un pumn mare de stafide&lt;br /&gt;
coaja rasa de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
lapte cat trebuie&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se amesteca bine toate ingredientele uscate. Se adauga untul si se amesteca. Se toarna laptele incet si se amesteca pana devine un aluat moale, cat sa fie manevrat cu mana. La mine a intrat cam 100 ml.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se taie hartie de copt sau hartie cerata si se, se pune aluat pe marginea hartiei si se ruleaza. Mie mi-au iesit doua rulouri. Se indoaie la margini sau se leaga cu sfoara. Se fierbe apa intr-o oala, se pune un gratar sau sita metalica si se aseaza rulourile pe gratar. Se acopera cu un capat si se lasa sa se coaca la aburi 2 ore. &lt;br /&gt;

Dupa 2 ore de desfac din hartie pe o farfurie si se taie in felii. Se serveste cu sos de vanilie. Eu l-am facut dintr-un plic de budinca in care am pus mai mult lapte decat trebuie ca sa fie mai lichid. Puteti sa cumparati sos de vanilie de la magazin.</description>

Elena,scuze ca nu m_am apucat un pic mai inainte de traducere ,a ttrebuit sa rezolv ceva mai intai, &lt;br /&gt;

incep cu prima fotografie,la care aceasta faina iti serveste ptr,: &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;quot;Painea normala&amp;quot; &lt;br /&gt;
Mentineti ingredientele la temperatura mediului ambient: &lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
500gr Schar Mix Pan(marca/denumirea ingredientului),o lingurita de sare ,10 gr de drojdie uscata Schar(sau 15 gr de drojdie proaspata),6 gr de ulei ,500 ml de apa calduta. &lt;br /&gt;
Mod de preparare: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Amesteca continutul &amp;quot;Schar mix Pan&amp;quot; cu drojdia uscata.Daca folosesti drojdie proaspata dizolva in prealabil in apa calduta si vars-o in faina. &lt;br /&gt;
Amesteca masa /coca cu o lingura de plastic si adauga sarea si putin cate putin uleiul. &lt;br /&gt;
Maseaza masa /coca timp de 8-10 minute pana cand masa atinge o consistenta omogena(daca folosesti un robot ptr a amesteca coca ,la viteza medie ,timpul se reduce la 4-5 minute).Varsa coca intr-o forma de paine ,unsa cu unt si putin cu faina,si apoi netezeste suprafata .. &lt;br /&gt;
Acopera forma cu un prosop de bucatarie umed si lasa sa cresca masa intr-un loc cald pana se dubleaza continutul.(cam 30 minute ) &lt;br /&gt;
Aseaza un recipient rezistent la caldura plin de apa in partea mai joasa a cuptorului si incalzeste in prealabil la 200ºC(cred ca pune atat nu vad de data in care s_a facut poza  ).Ptr ca paine sa obtina o scoarta usor aurie ,unge suprafata painii cu ou batut,lapte sau ulei . &lt;br /&gt;
Lasa painea la cuptor cam 50 minute.Nu deschide usa cuptorului ,pana cand nu au trecut 5... minute (iar nu vad de data pozei,tu sa fi atenta la cifrele de pe pachet  ) &lt;br /&gt;
O data ce s_a facut sufiecient de painea ,scoate-o din cuptor ........ si nu mai inteleg nimic ....daca vrei aparte imi scri ce nu se vede de literele de la &amp;quot;elena.elena reteteculinare&amp;quot; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Asta este tot,sper ca m_am axplicat destul de bine,uneori traducerile nu sunt exacte ci intelese,cu un alt context...am incercat sa traduc cuvant cu cuvant.... &lt;br /&gt;

Ptr painici (forme mici de paine ,pot fi rotunde sau putin lunguiete) si pizza: &lt;br /&gt;

Mentineti ingredientele la temperetura mediul ambient si incalziti cuptorul in prealabil dupa temperaturile specificate : &lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente: &lt;br /&gt;

300 gr de Schar mix Pan,10 gr de drojdie uscata sau 15 gr de drojdie proaspata ,o lingura de ulei de masline ,200 ml de apa calduta , un varf de sare. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mod de preparare: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Amesteca toate ingredientele si formeaza o masa /coca &amp;quot;dreapta&amp;quot;Se vb de a fi bine amestecata ,sa se vada toata omogenizata,fara cocoloase. &lt;br /&gt;
Aseaza coca pe suprafata de lucru si continua sa masezi cu mainile usor /putin infainate (cu faina pe maini) &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ptr painici: &lt;br /&gt;
Formeaza painici de aceeasi marime ,aseaza hartie ptr cuptor/ptr copt in tava si peste hartie aseaza painicile facute.Acopera tava cu un prosopel de bucatarie umed si lasa sa creasca dublu de marimea initiala.(figura 1) &lt;br /&gt;
Aseaza tava cu painicile ,in cuptor la o inaltime medie si coace timp de 25minute la 200ºC(figura 2) &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ptr pizza: &lt;br /&gt;
Intinde masa /coca intr_o tava data cu ulei si acoper-o cu un prosopel de bucatarie umed si las-o la reposat timp de 40 minute (cred ca asa scrie ,daca nu vezi tu pachetul).In continuare pune-i ingredinetele care doresti(rosii,branza,etc.)aseaz-o in cuptor la o inaltime medie si coace la 220ºC timp de 35-40 minute. &lt;br /&gt;

12 aripi de pui&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingura de sos de soia&lt;br /&gt;
2 lingura suc de lamiie&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri de miere&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri de ketchup&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingura ulei de susan sau de masline&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingurita praf de ghimbir&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingurita coriandru macinat&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingurita paprika&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingurita de “Sapte-mirodenii” thailandeze sau garam masala sau doar scortisoara cu un pic de curry&lt;br /&gt;
1 catel de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri de faina alba&lt;br /&gt;
sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cu reteta asta simpla si rapida, chiar ca ii arati colonelului cine e seful cu aripioarele.  Si asta fara multa bataie de cap – mirodeniile se gasesc mai peste tot, marinata se face cit ai clipi, iar capodopera nu sta la cuptor mai mult de 30 de minute. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Singura mare filozofie e sa ai rabdare sa se marineze aripioarele macar o jumatate de zi, pina intra bine mirodeniile pe sub pielea puiului.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Asa ca atunci cind nu esti flaminda ia un castron mare si amesteca bine toate mirodeniile, pina iese un sos groscior. Taie aripioarele de pui pe din doua la incheietura si pune-le intr-o punga mare de plastic din cele pentru congelator. Peste ele, toarna sosul. Ca sa nu cedezi miresmelor ametitoare, leaga punga la gura cit mai strins si agit-o usor, pentru ca marinata sa acopere uniform aripioarele.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In final, pune punga intr-o cratita, sa nu curga, si bag-o la frigider macar 12 ore. Cind le-a sunat ceasul aripioarelor, infierbinta cuptorul la 200 de grade, pune-le intr-o tava si baga-le la rumenit. Dupa un sfert de ora, intoarce aripioarele pe cealalta parte, toarna putina apa pe fundul tavii, sa nu se prinda, si pune-o inca 20 de minute in cuptor. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ce-o sa scoti de acolo o sa-ti para niste aripioare venite din paradisul aripioarelor, unde curg riuri de miere si ninge cu mirodenii. Iar totul va fi si mai divin linga o salata verde cu multa lamiie si un strop de ulei de masline.</description>

                                      Pentru a avea zahar colorat pentru decorarea prajiturilor ,procedezi astfel:&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o punguta punem cam cit zahar dorim sa coloram ,apoi punem citeva picaturi de culoare (eu am pus rosu)si agitam punguta bine,punem intrun vas si lasam sa se zvinte.Eu acum ceva timp am facut o rulada si am am dat-o prin zaharul colorat ,a fost de efect.</description>
