Dictionarul Culinar Multilingv este un proiect realizat la sugestia si prin sprijinul direct al membrilor Clubului Editorial Retete Culinare (alexia291101,cara, crista, Leila, maria MIHULESCU, Mona S P, roxanavmv, Simona3). Dictionarul isi propune sa acopere lexicul culinar al limbilor Romana, Engleza, Franceza, Italiana, Germana, Maghiara, Spaniola. Avand in vedere faptul ca in doua limbi campurile sematice ale unui cuvant nu pot fi identice (exceptie fac termenii stiintifici), s-a urmarit o buna precizare a nuantei de sens si prezentarea / traducerea expresiilor in formele lor uzuale. Dictionarul se doreste a fi un auxiliar pentru gasirea echivalentelor lexical-culinare dintr-o limba in alta.
